The problem
Crowded waiting rooms frustrate customers and staff, and ticket machines cost money, while people still have no idea how long they will wait.
How it solves it
Customers scan a QR code, take a number and wait anywhere. Their phone shows how many people are ahead and beeps when their turn is close. Staff call the next number from any phone, and a TV calls it out loud.

Questions
Is Dor free?
Yes. It is open source under the MIT licence, with no monthly fee. You pay only for your own server.
Where is my data?
On your server. Your data lives in Docker volumes that you control, and you can back it up.
Do I need a programmer?
No. Press Deploy, open the server's address and create a password. Connecting outside services takes a few steps, which are explained in the tool's settings.
Can MirrorORG install it for me?
Yes. With the install service we set up the server, the tools and your domain, and we can enter your data and train your team.
Does it support Arabic?
Yes. It works in Arabic and English, and it is right-to-left ready.
How do updates work?
Press Update in Hostinger's Docker Manager, or run docker compose pull && docker compose up -d. Your data stays in Docker volumes and is kept.
