Restaurants, cafés and home businesses take orders on WhatsApp, but customers keep asking for the menu, prices get lost in chat and orders arrive as messy voice notes. Ordering platforms fix that for a monthly fee plus commissions.
How it solves it
Share a link or QR code. Customers browse a mobile menu, fill a cart and send the order on WhatsApp, and you receive it clean, numbered and fully priced. There is no app to install and no commission per order.

Questions
Is Dukkan free?
Yes. It is open source under the MIT licence, with no monthly fee. You pay only for your own server.
Where is my data?
On your server. Your data lives in Docker volumes that you control, and you can back it up.
Do I need a programmer?
No. Press Deploy, open the server's address and create a password. Connecting outside services takes a few steps, which are explained in the tool's settings.
Can MirrorORG install it for me?
Yes. With the install service we set up the server, the tools and your domain, and we can enter your data and train your team.
Does it support Arabic?
Yes. It works in Arabic and English, and it is right-to-left ready.
How do updates work?
Press Update in Hostinger's Docker Manager, or run docker compose pull && docker compose up -d. Your data stays in Docker volumes and is kept.
