Landlords track rent in notebooks and spreadsheets: yearly increases, late fees, who is behind and by how much, and which leases are about to end.
How it solves it
Aqar manages properties, units, tenants and leases. Monthly rent adds itself up with increases and late fees, payments print receipts, and each tenant gets a private page with their balance and how to pay.
Please note: Calculations are helpers. Check them with your accountant.

Questions
Is Aqar free?
Yes. It is open source under the MIT licence, with no monthly fee. You pay only for your own server.
Where is my data?
On your server. Your data lives in Docker volumes that you control, and you can back it up.
Do I need a programmer?
No. Press Deploy, open the server's address and create a password. Connecting outside services takes a few steps, which are explained in the tool's settings.
Can MirrorORG install it for me?
Yes. With the install service we set up the server, the tools and your domain, and we can enter your data and train your team.
Does it support Arabic?
Yes. It works in Arabic and English, and it is right-to-left ready.
How do updates work?
Press Update in Hostinger's Docker Manager, or run docker compose pull && docker compose up -d. Your data stays in Docker volumes and is kept.
